From high-mix low-volume production to mass production, we have a production control system in place to deliver products of consistent quality on the requested delivery date.
Because we handle a very wide variety of products, our production management work requires accuracy and speed in procurement of raw materials and supplies, inventory control, detailed production planning according to work progress, production instructions to work sites, and coordination with cooperating factories. Mold
We manufacture cores for eyebrow, eyeliner, and other pencil products. Production technologies such as bulk condition, temperature control, and mold control are fully utilized.
Filling
We have production facilities for lip filling, pencil pressure filling, powder filling, etc. Detailed production plans are made according to the number of lots and delivery dates.
Quality assurance
We inspect containers and contents accurately and without error according to the standards agreed upon for each customer and each product.
Packaging and finishing
After filling and loading the contents, the product is packaged and made into packaging for distribution. We also take the utmost care and rigorous checks to ensure correct labeling.
High-quality, safe products through rigorous inspections
In order to deliver products of the highest quality to our customers, we conduct hygiene and quality control under strict standards based on ISO22716.
At the Yashio Factory, work areas are classified according to cleanliness, and temperature, humidity, and sanitation are under constant control. Workers receive education and training to ensure that they follow procedures and work accurately. We conduct product inspections using various measuring instruments, stability inspections over time, and bacteria inspections to ensure that we deliver safe products that meet our standards.
Contributes to better after-sales service
We have introduced inspection using X-ray fluoroscopy equipment to check the molding condition of bulk (contents of cosmetics) products such as eyebrows, eyeliners, lip liners, etc. This allows us to quickly sort out good products without destroying them, or to take action to adjust manufacturing equipment.
