Flow chart up to commercialization

We will ask about the background of your request, product concept and target, sales channels, number of lots, price range, and desired delivery date.

Based on interviews, we will propose dosage forms, ingredients, usability, and container and package design. In addition, we can also propose other product development options upon request.

We will select raw materials and active ingredients, develop formulas, and present samples in our laboratory. We will continue to make improvements until you are satisfied with the feel, fallout, color, etc.

Tests formulation stability, safety, and compatibility with containers.

Once we have determined the raw materials, containers and packaging materials, the manufacturing process we will undertake (finished product/work in progress), and the type of delivery, we will provide a quotation based on the desired lot size.

A basic transaction agreement for manufacturing outsourcing is exchanged.

We will file the necessary applications and notifications as a manufacturer and distributor as stipulated in the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law.

Please specify the quantity for each color and desired delivery date before placing an order.

We manufacture at each of our bases, which are well-equipped with production facilities and quality control systems, and deliver the products to the desired delivery destination.

If we receive inquiries from customers after sales, we will cooperate with investigations to determine whether the manufacturing process is the cause of the problem or not.
We also welcome repeat orders and other product development.
