Our job is to provide comprehensive support to cosmetics manufacturers, beauty salons, planning companies, and other customers in the development of cosmetics products, from concept planning to formulation development, packaging, and design, and to commercialize these products.

Eyemate boasts a long track record as a pioneer in the manufacture of pencil-type eyebrow pencils, but eyebrows and eyeliners are not the only products we can develop and manufacture. Today, we handle a wide range of products including point makeup cosmetics such as lipstick, lip cream, lip gloss, mascara, and blush; base makeup cosmetics such as foundation, BB cream, and face powder; and skin care products such as lotion and beauty lotion. The Yashio Plant is equipped with lip and powder filling facilities, and we can handle all other product forms, containers, and processes by utilizing the Mofure Group's manufacturing bases and external partner factories.

Manufacturing products with different standards and quality criteria for each customer and brand requires advanced production technology and quality control system.
Yashio Factory has acquired ISO22716 (Cosmetics GMP ), an international standard for quality and safety in cosmetics manufacturing, and has established and is operating a system to ensure that a series of manufacturing processes, including raw material procurement, manufacturing, packaging, shipping, and inspection, are conducted accurately and hygienically, and that rules are followed.
